Just Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing business based in Witham, as they look to appoint an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships, following up opportunities and helping convert enquiries and quotations into sales.

The Role:

Working closely with the Internal Sales Executive and external Business Development Managers, you will play an important role in managing customer enquiries, following up quotations and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You will be responsible for ensuring sales opportunities are progressed effectively, while providing excellent customer service and supporting the wider sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up customer quotations daily, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities to convert quotes into sales.
Make outbound calls to prospects who have expressed an interest through mailshots, targeted marketing campaigns and website enquiries.
Qualify leads and progress suitable prospects through to quotation stage.
Manage daily quote follow-up calls in line with agreed KPIs.
Log and schedule calls, actions, appointments and follow-ups accurately.
Maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring all customer and sales information is up to date.
Ensure accurate callback dates, actions and notes are recorded on the bespoke system.
Develop a strong understanding of products, capabilities, margins and production lead times.
Work closely with the Internal Sales Executive and external BDMs to support sales activity and administrative requirements.
Progress and qualify outstanding quotations.
Identify confirmed orders and ensure these are accurately reflected in the sales forecast.
