Vehicle Sales & Accounts Administrator
Solihull | Full time, Monday to Friday | Excellent benefits

This role is ideal for someone currently working as a Sales Administrator, Service Advisor, Fleet Administrator or Accounts Assistant within a car dealership, showroom or motor trade business, looking to move into a varied, office based role away from the dealership floor.

We're recruiting on behalf of a well established, reputable business within the automotive sector, based in Solihull. It's a genuinely great place to work, professional offices, an on-site gym, and a benefits package that's a step up from most dealership roles.

The role supports the commercial team, keeping vehicle orders, taxation, dealer accounts and reporting running smoothly day to day.

What you'll be doing:

Processing and validating dealer bonus and discount claims, ensuring accuracy and timely payment
Handling vehicle taxation and registration administration
Acting as the main point of contact for trade and partner accounts, handling queries and supporting account activity
Managing and tracking sales leads through the CRM, ensuring effective follow-up and reporting
Collating and validating weekly dealer sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Maintaining pricing, vehicle and customer records across internal systems
Updating spreadsheets for accurate KPI and management information

What we're looking for:

Current or recent experience as a Sales Administrator, Service Advisor, Fleet Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Vehicle Administrator within a dealership, showroom or motor trade business
Familiarity with dealer management systems (such as Kerridge, ADP, Pinewood, Keyloop or similar), vehicle invoicing, taxation or registration processes
Highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
Good Excel skills, ideally VLOOKUPs and PivotTables, but not essential
Strong accuracy and attention to detail across orders, data and reporting
A confident communicator, comfortable liaising with dealers, customers and internal teams
A proactive team player who can work independently and use initiative
