Salary: Up to £27,000

Are you an experienced Office Administrator?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Administrator to join an established business based in Leicester. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team with the day-to-day administration, helping to manage customer enquiries, orders and paperwork and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Qualifications

Essential:

Previous experience in an office administration, sales administration, customer service or coordination role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
Good attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and other administrative systems

Desirable:

Previous experience supporting a sales team
Experience processing customer orders or sales enquiries
Experience using CRM or sales order systems
Previous experience within a commercial or customer-focused environment

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration and provide support to the sales team.
Process customer orders and ensure information is entered accurately onto internal systems.
Deal with customer enquiries and provide updates where required.
Prepare quotes, sales paperwork and other relevant documentation.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Keep customer records and sales information up to date.
Monitor outstanding enquiries and orders, following up where necessary.
Assist the sales team with general administration and customer support.
Provide general administrative support across the wider business when required.

Requirements

As Office Administrator, you will also be expected to:

Be a proactive, organised individual who can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Be confident dealing with customers and colleagues.
Be confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
