About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a individual looking to take their first step into a professional office environment.

Working closely with the Office Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the office and gain exposure to a wide range of business functions. No extensive experience is required; we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop their career.

If you're willing to roll up your sleeves, work hard, and embrace new challenges, you'll be rewarded with ongoing training, development, and opportunities to progress within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
Greeting visitors and assisting with general reception duties
Organising meetings, diaries, and meeting rooms
Maintaining office supplies and managing stock levels
Assisting with document preparation, filing, and data entry
Supporting onboarding and administrative processes for new starters
Booking travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required
Helping to maintain a professional and organised office environment
Assisting various departments with ad hoc administrative support
