Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join an SME business based in Andover on a permanent basis. This is a varied part-time opportunity within a small and supportive finance team, with payroll as the primary focus alongside some wider administrative responsibilities.

Benefits:

Salary up to £33,500 FTE, depending on experience and skills
Part-time hours – Monday to Friday, flexible working hours can be discussed (27.5hr per week)
20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days over time

The Payroll Administrator Role:

Take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll
Review and reconcile timesheets, overtime, commission and other payroll information
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and deal with payroll-related queries professionally
Ensure all relevant payroll information is prepared and processed within required deadlines
Investigate discrepancies and ensure any payroll queries are resolved promptly
Provide support with wider finance and administrative duties when required
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

The Ideal Payroll Administrator Candidate:

Previous experience working within a similar position
Good understanding of payroll processes and associated administration
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities and working to deadlines
A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to support the wider team
