This part-time Legal Secretary role in Maidenhead involves supporting a professional services team with their day-to-day administrative and secretarial tasks. You'll play a key role in helping the office run smoothly by managing documents, correspondence and appointments efficiently.

Description

Key Responsibilities

Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
Providing administrative support to a fee earner
Managing and formatting documents
Greeting visitors and assisting with front-of-house duties when required
Handling incoming post and general office administration
Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

Profile

About You

We would welcome applications from candidates who have:

Previous legal receptionist, legal secretary, or legal support experience (desirable but not essential)
Strong typing and document production skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
A professional and personable approach
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
