Our client based in Woking is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy team. This role is likely to be 2 months with a view to extend. You will be responsible for handling queries over email and phone, and updating the system. To be considered you must be available immediately.

Duties:

Maintain the internal database
Provide support to customers over phone and email
Handling inbound calls on a daily basis
General office admin support when required

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Excellent Microsoft office skills
Previous office based experience would be advantageous
Available immediately to start a new role
