HR Coordinator | 12-Month FTC | £33,000 | North London | Full-Time On-Site

This is a busy, hands-on role supporting a high-performing HR team across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a first-class HR service.

Start Date: 17th August

Key responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment queries, managing the shared HR inbox and providing an efficient, professional service.
Maintain accurate employee records and act as a super user for the HR system.
Coordinate all HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, contract amendments, onboarding, leavers and exit interviews.
Administer employee benefits, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
Produce and maintain HR documentation to support legal and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate updates to the employee handbook, policies and associated documentation.
Work closely with the wider HR team to review, improve and embed HR processes.
Support the annual salary and bonus review process.
Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and Learning & Development initiatives and events.

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous UK experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
The ability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract and start on 17th August.
