Employee Relations HR Advisor!
Location: Egham/Slough/Windsor | Contract Type: Temporary

What You'll Do:

As our Employee Relations HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees feel valued and heard. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
Collaborating with managers to facilitate effective communication and enhance team dynamics.
Conducting investigations into employee concerns and providing recommendations based on findings.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace environment.
Delivering training and workshops to equip staff with the tools they need to manage employee relations effectively.
Staying up-to-date with employment legislation and best practises to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a cheerful yet professional individual who embodies the spirit of our educational ethos. The ideal candidate will possess:

A strong background in employee relations or HR advisory roles, preferably within the education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with employees at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in promoting employee well-being.
A solid understanding of employment law and best practises in human resources.
Relevant HR qualifications, such as CIPD, would be a bonus!
Enhanced DBS is required, either on the update service or new
Must be able to DRIVE to Egham, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead
