Administrator - Hammersmith

Temporary | Immediate Start - 4th August | £18 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and capable Administrator to join a small, friendly team based in Hammersmith

This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone who enjoys a calm, steady-paced working environment and is happy to get stuck into a varied mix of administration, reception and general office support.

The role

Providing a professional and welcoming reception service, including answering calls and greeting visitors
General administrative support including emails, filing, printing, updating records and maintaining office documentation
Providing day-to-day support to the Director, including diary management, arranging meetings and general correspondence
Assisting with office organisation and ensuring things run smoothly on a day-to-day basis
Supporting with occasional HR and other administrative tasks
Liaising with external suppliers and IT support when required
Helping with general office duties and being a reliable point of contact for the team

We are looking for someone who is:

Based within a reasonable commute of Hammersmith - this is essential
Available to start Tuesday 4th August
Able to commit throughout August and into September
Comfortable working 5 days a week in the office
A confident administrator with good attention to detail
Professional, reliable and happy to take ownership of their workload
Comfortable working independently in a quieter, steady-paced environment
Friendly and approachable, with a flexible attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
