The Client

Our client is a well-established provider of commercial electrical and facilities management services, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across the UK. They are currently seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to join their busy office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing efficient support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support to the office and management team.
Answering telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Scheduling engineers, managing diaries and updating job records.
Preparing quotations, reports and customer documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assisting with invoicing, purchasing and other office administration duties.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using business systems.
Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment.
Experience within construction, engineering or facilities management would be advantageous but is not essential.
