Salary: £30-35K DOE

Protecting the rights of those in need, this firm is a specialist in what they do. They are looking for a Senior Administrator to join them who has experience of working in a regulated environment and is confident in having difficult conversations for the greater good.

Please note: compliance checks, including DBS, will be carried out on the successful applicant.

Here's an overview of what you'll be doing:

Drafting legal documents, applications, correspondence and client communications
Maintaining and progressing client files, ensuring the system is always updated
Liaising directly with clients, including vulnerable individuals, families, and professional contacts
Undertaking legal research and document review to support ongoing matters
Assisting with Court proceedings and associated case management
Ensuring confidentiality and handling sensitive financial and personal information appropriately
Managing workloads effectively, meeting deadlines, and providing high standards of client care

Senior Administration
Experience of working in a regulated environment e.g. Financial, Property/Housing Associations etc.
Passion for helping vulnerable people, experience of this is highly desired
