Carmichael are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the team delivering the HS2 Project based in Aylesbury.

The role is initially for 3 months with scope to extend

Data entry to inhouse Contract Data System
Assist with preparation of weekly timesheets as required
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Document creation
Greet visitors and provide general support
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients where required
Handle requests and queries from senior managers
Filing important documentation away correctly
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or working in an office environment

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
