Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an Administrator to join East Riding of Yorkshire Council on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Input and maintain data using bespoke systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Manage shared email inboxes, responding to and forwarding enquiries as appropriate.
Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts where required.
Undertake any other administrative duties as required.

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience working with databases or bespoke software systems.
