The company

T3AM Global are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds.

With continued investment and expansion, our client is looking to appoint an organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive business where you'll gain exposure across multiple areas while building a long-term career in administration.

The role
An Administrator is now required to support the wider business with a variety of administrative and organisational duties, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

You will work closely with senior members of the business while providing support across multiple departments.
You will take responsibility for:
* Carrying out general office administration duties
* Preparing, updating and maintaining spreadsheets and business records
* Managing emails, filing systems and company documentation
* Supporting diary management and scheduling meetings
* Assisting with customer and supplier enquiries
* Supporting the wider team with administrative projects
* Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
* Previous administration or office support experience
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Other DESIRABLE qualities include:
* Experience within a professional office environment
* Confident telephone manner
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Positive and proactive attitude
