Description

Provide administrative support to fee earners in residential property matters.
Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.
Manage and organise diaries, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring queries are directed appropriately.
Maintain and update client files and records accurately.
Assist with billing and other financial administrative tasks.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external parties professionally.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards.

Profile

A successful Residential Legal Secretary should have:

Experience in a similar legal secretarial role, ideally in residential property.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional and approachable manner when dealing with clients and colleagues.

Job Offer
