We are seeking an experienced PA to support two senior leaders within a well established educational setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator, executive assistant or personal assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while making a real difference to an organisation.

The Role

As the Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support, ensuring the smooth day to day running of busy schedules and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing complex diaries and arranging meetings
Organising appointments, events and travel where required
Preparing agendas, presentations and meeting documentation
Taking and distributing accurate meeting minutes
Managing confidential correspondence and communications
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting with projects, reports and administrative tasks
Monitoring emails and prioritising urgent matters
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing professional and efficient executive support at all times

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator or PA

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive, flexible and professional approach
Experience working within an education setting would be advantageous but is not essential
