A Sales Administrator based in Ellesmere Port is needed to handle daily customer service tasks and ensure smooth order processing in the industrial and manufacturing industry. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and maintaining efficient communication with clients.

Description

Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status and delivery schedules.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and managing documentation.
Ensure data accuracy in order tracking systems and records.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse for order fulfilment.
Assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed.

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
Can commit to an immediate start temporary role.
