Description

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information and advice tailored to customer needs.
Log and manage customer interactions using internal systems.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding queries to ensure timely resolutions.
Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
Deliver excellent customer service in line with organisational values.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with customer service systems and tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
