Job title: Sales Administrator

Contract: Temporary, 8-week contract with potential to extend

Location: Neston, Wirral

Salary: £13.50p/h, DOE

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy sales admin team on an initial 8-week contract, with the strong possibility of extension or conversion to a longer-term role depending on need. This role is immediately available.

Key responsibilities

Provide day-to-day sales administration support to a busy sales function
Handle a high volume of outbound calls to customers and prospects for order confirmation, follow-ups and customer service
Process orders, quotes and amendments accurately and promptly
Update and maintain CRM records and sales spreadsheets
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the sales team as needed
Support handover and continuity while team members transition in/out
Assist with ad hoc admin tasks to keep the sales pipeline flowing

What we're looking for

Proven experience in sales administration or a customer-facing back-office role
Confident phone manner and experience making outbound calls at scale
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
Comfortable working in a temporary/fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Reliable, flexible and able to start promptly for the duration of the contract
