Excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our team, The successful candidate will support both internal and client reporting whilst helping modernise and improve the organisation's reporting and data landscape. The successful candidate will challenge existing processes and recommend improvements.

Based in Sale, we are the UK's largest manager of single-family Build to Rent homes, we're the experts when it comes to optimising BTR and PRS portfolios.

Partnering with industry-leading property funds, we provide award-winning end-to-end management of over 12,000 properties, valued at c. £2bn in today's market. We make it easier for investors to yield stable, long-term returns, all whilst ensuring assets are managed effectively and maintaining excellent customer service.

Description

The successful Data Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to:

Collect and organise data from various sources to support analytics projects.
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns and insights to inform business strategies.
Create clear and actionable reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular checks and validation.
Support the development of predictive models and data-driven strategies.
Assist in automating data processes for improved efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Profile

The successful Data Analyst will be able to demonstrate:

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Proficient in creating reports and visualisations.

Technical Skills:

SQL
Power BI
DAX
Data Modelling
Power Query

Job Offer

Based in Sale ( South Manchester) we are easily commutable by public transport or by car, we offer a hybrid working policy - circa 3 days in the office. We are growing our analytics capabilities and moving to cloud, this is a great opportunity to join us on our journey and gain new skills.

Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent role - Hybrid working
