Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Fully Remote

Pay rate: £13.45 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: 37.5 per week on rotating Shifts between 7am and 7PM

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Respond to inquiries regarding PAYE, tax codes, and national insurance.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers over the phone and via email.
Assist individuals and businesses in navigating Clients processes with confidence.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
