Renewables Administrator

Weybridge

£24,000 - £30,000

Our client is a well-established and growing company looking for a Renewables Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career with full training and ongoing development provided. Working closely with the Technical Director, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of administrative and technical processes. If you have previous office-based administrative experience, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing general administration, customer enquiries, and day-to-day office support.
Preparing quotations, maintenance reports, and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals.
Processing G99 and EVCP applications, including commissioning documentation and DNO submissions.
Designing PV systems and coordinating projects with clients, managers, and the wider team.
Liaising with wholesalers to source and order materials, equipment, and stock.

Requirements:

Experience working within an administrative, office-based role
Confident IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
