Commercial Administrator
Sizewell C, Suffolk
£16.50 per hour + Holiday Pay
Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 | 42.5 Hours Per Week

We're recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join a major infrastructure project at Sizewell C. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy project team, providing vital administrative support on one of the UK's largest construction projects.

This is an agency position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual.

The Role

Working alongside the commercial and project teams, you'll help keep the project running smoothly by providing efficient administrative support across a range of day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the commercial and site management teams with general administration.
Maintaining project records, filing systems and document control.
Processing purchase orders, invoices and timesheets.
Updating project trackers and spreadsheets.
Assisting with commercial reporting and project documentation.
Booking meetings and managing meeting rooms.
Organising inductions for new starters.
Ordering office supplies and PPE.
Managing radios, parking permits and site passes.
Taking meeting minutes where required.
Providing general administrative support to a busy project office.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure or another fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a busy office environment.
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
