As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer support while handling queries and resolving concerns efficiently. This temporary role in Gateshead requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Description

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution to maintain satisfaction.
Update and maintain customer records in the system with attention to detail.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Monitor and follow up on pending customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while addressing customer concerns.
Contribute to improving customer service processes by providing constructive feedback.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Basic computer literacy to manage customer records and communication tools effectively.
An organised and detail-oriented approach to work tasks.
Be fully flexible between the hours of 8am - 7pm Mon - Sun (5 day working week)
