The Company you will be working for;

MTrec Commercial are proudly representing our prestigious client on their search for an experienced customer service & sales representative to join their team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone that is looking to progress themselves within a customer service and sales-based role, with the company offering training and qualifications. If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!

The Role you will be doing;

Make calls to new and existing customer
Promote our product range, which you will be fully trained on
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Generate quotes and follow up on sales leads
Develop relationships with our customers and reseller partnership accounts
You will be working Monday to Thursday: 9am to 5pm; Friday 9am to 1pm.

About You;

Previous experience within a customer service/sales role.
It would be desirable if the candidate had a knowledge of Microsoft office.
Enthusiastic and driven
Strong communicator and a professional telephone manner
