Job Title: Receptionist/Front of House

Dates required:

Handover: Friday 12th June 10am-5pm
Full Cover: Mon 15th-19th June 8am -5pm & Mon 22nd-Fri 26th June 8am to 5pm

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide reception cover and ensure the smooth running of front-of-house operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and supporting general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing reception cover and maintaining a welcoming front desk
Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing access by letting in visitors and directing them appropriately
Supporting events/occupier engagement activities and viewings
Accepting and handling deliveries, ensuring items are logged and distributed correctly

Skills & Experience:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and approachable manner
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage a busy reception area
