Production Operative - Pontypool, NP4 0JJ

Hours

12-hour shifts, full-time
Day shift: 5am–5pm on a 4-on, 4-off rota
Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 7pm–5am or 9pm–7am

The role of Production Operative:

Producing high-quality bread, muffins, and rolls as part of the team on a production line
Supporting the shift leaders to achieve targets
Keeping your work area hygienic
Manual work requiring some heavy lifting — potentially standing for up to 12 hours per shift
Working in a hot environment

The ideal Production Operative:

Reliable with the ability to show initiative
Flexible and adaptable to work across departments
Great communication skills
Must be able to work full-time on a long-term basis
Must live in the local area (Cwmbran/Pontypool)
