We are currently looking for a compassionate and committed Female Community Care Worker to join our growing team, supporting individuals in their own homes within the community.

About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will support individuals to remain independent in their own homes. Your role will include:

Supporting with personal care
Assisting with daily living tasks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication
Encouraging independence and helping individuals achieve their goals

What We’re Looking For

A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
A full UK driving licence – essential
Access to a vehicle for work
Good communication skills
A genuine commitment to supporting others
