They are looking for talented repair and test specialists who want to broaden their expertise across research & development, testing, quality, and design. You will not just be fixing hardware-you will be mastering next-generation technology with full backing to grow into senior and specialist roles.

You will play a vital hands-on role in servicing, fault-finding, and refurbishing complex electronic hardware, alongside getting directly involved in exciting R&D projects. The Role:

Diagnostic testing, component-level repair, servicing, and refurbishment of advanced telecoms hardware
Direct involvement in innovative R&D, design support, and product improvement projects
Workshop-based role in Solihull with flexible daily working hours to support your work-life balance

The Person:

Proven background as an Electronic Engineer, Bench Technician, PCB Repair Specialist, or Test Engineer
Proven experience soldering electronics and repairing down to component level
Strong fault-finding ability on complex circuits and components (even without schematics)
An HNC, HND, BTEC, NVQ, or Degree in Electronics/Telecoms is desirable, but strong practical expertise is highly valued
