A consultancy who are a trusted and reliable partner to clients across the UK, predominately in the Southeast and London

Established for over a decade, this HR Consultancy is a growing small business and due to ongoing success, are now seeking to engage a new HR Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business.

Reporting toSenior HR Consultant and Founder, alongside the HR Advisors supporting their client casework and service delivery.

Working remotely, the successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate key areas below:

Skills and Experience:

Significant experience of HR administration or coordination role, including recruitment onboarding processes, pre-employment screening checks and coordinating offboarding processes
Experience of managing multiple administrative processes and maintaining accurate records and electronic filing systems
Experience of working remotely
Experience of using HR software systems
Strong organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a professional and sensitive manner
Have an ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with a client focussed approach
Competent user of Microsoft office packages

Desirable Attributes:

Experience of working within HR consultancy or professional services environment
Experience of supporting multiple clients
CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification
Experience of payroll and invoicing processes

Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (or Full Time)
Remote and flexible working with monthly co-working and/or regular team meets (depends on location)
Salary: £28,000 -£30,000 FTE
25 days annual leave in addition to the usual bank holidays (pro-rated to equivalent working hours)
