Position: Office Administrator

Location: Beckenham

Salary: £15 - £17 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

About Us

We are a growing business looking for a proactive, highly organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team in Beckenham.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Maintain schedules, databases, and general office filing systems.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and core teams.
Coordinate office supplies, post, and internal logistics.

Requirements

Proven experience in a fast-paced administration or office assistant role.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
