Legal Administrator

Are you an experienced Legal Administrator looking for your next opportunity?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join a professional and well-established legal team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous legal administration experience, particularly within Commercial Property and/or Conveyancing, who is looking to develop their career within the legal sector.

You will provide essential administrative support to the legal team, ensuring files and documentation are managed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high level of service to clients.

Qualifications

Essential:

Previous experience working within a legal administration role
Experience within Commercial Property and/or Conveyancing
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
Confident working with legal documentation and computer systems

Desirable:

Experience working within a solicitor's firm or legal practice
Familiarity with property-related legal processes and terminology
Previous experience using legal case management systems

Roles & Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to solicitors and fee earners across the team
Preparing, formatting and managing legal documentation
Opening, maintaining and closing client files
Assisting with Commercial Property and/or Conveyancing matters
Liaising with clients, solicitors and other relevant parties
Managing correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documents are filed correctly
Supporting the team with general administrative duties and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements

As a Legal Administrator, you will be expected to be organised, professional and detail-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a busy legal environment. Previous experience within Commercial Property and/or Conveyancing is essential for this position.
