Internal Sales Administrator
Luton
£27,500 starting salary with flexibility for the right candidate
Full Time - 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday.

Hales Group are delighted to be supporting an established and growing organisation in Luton with the recruitment of an Internal Sales Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service, sales administration or account support professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding service and working within a busy commercial environment.

The Role
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers, you will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently whilst providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.
Duties will include:

Handling inbound customer and supplier enquiries via telephone and email
Processing and managing customer orders
Producing quotations and responding to customer requests
Monitoring deliveries and providing order updates
Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Producing reports and monitoring outstanding orders
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Supporting the wider sales function with administration and customer communications

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

Previous experience within Customer Service, Sales Administration, Internal Sales Support or Account Coordination
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Good Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
