Milton Keynes | 6 Month

Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR professional looking for your next opportunity?

Our client is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their People & Culture team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad HR experience within a growing business, supporting employees throughout the full employee lifecycle while contributing to key HR projects and operational activities. While this role is initially a contract position, there may be an opportunity for it to become permanent in the future.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function, ensuring efficient and accurate administration across all areas of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing employee lifecycle administration from onboarding through to offboarding.
Preparing contracts, starter packs and onboarding documentation for new employees.
Supporting leaver processes and associated administration.
Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining accurate employee records.
Supporting the implementation and rollout of the Intempus Time & Attendance system.
Maintaining HR databases and personnel files.
Responding to employee queries and providing HR administrative support.
Assisting with HR reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Previous experience in an HR Administration, HR Coordinator or similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience supporting payroll processes (desirable).
Experience with Time & Attendance systems (advantageous)
