Temporary Service Administrator

Sutton-in-Ashfield
£26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Temporary with a view to permanent
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Office-based

SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Service Administrator to join a busy and established service department based in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience within a service, technical, engineering, maintenance or operational environment would be particularly beneficial.

The Role

Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the service department
Liaising with customers regarding service requirements and ongoing work
Coordinating with internal operational and technical teams
Maintaining accurate customer, job and service information on internal systems
Monitoring ongoing work and ensuring relevant information is communicated effectively
Providing general administrative support to help ensure the department operates efficiently

About You

Has previous administration, service administration or coordination experience
Ideally has worked within a service-led, technical, engineering, maintenance or similar environment
May have previously worked as a Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Technical Administrator or similar
Is confident communicating with customers by telephone and email
Has experience preparing quotations or processing customer requirements
Is comfortable working with technical information
Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Is confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office

This is a fully office-based position in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area, offering an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
