As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle customer queries and process orders within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth customer experience and supporting the company's sales operations.

Description

Enquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and website enquiries.
Sales Support: Qualify leads, prepare accurate quotations, and proactively follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
Customer Care: Develop strong, long-term customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive support.
Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, check stock availability, and keep customers informed of delivery timescales.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate, informed advice and recommendations. Full training will be provided.

Profile

A successful Inbound Sales Representative should have:

Experience in a customer service or sales support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
An ability to work well in a team environment.
Knowledge of the industrial or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.

Job Offer

Competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000 dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position with opportunities for growth.
