Are you an organised administrator who enjoys variety and wants to become an integral part of a close-knit team?

Our client, a well-established business based in Arundel, is looking for an Administrator to provide day-to-day support across purchasing, customer service and general office operations.

Working closely with a small team of Buyers, you'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock is managed accurately and customers receive a first-class service. As you become established, there will also be the opportunity to get involved in sales support, customer service and lead follow-up activities.

The Role

Supporting a team of 2-3 Buyers with day-to-day administration
Raising and processing purchase orders
Chasing suppliers for order updates and delivery schedules
Monitoring stock levels and helping maintain inventory accuracy
Updating and maintaining Excel reports and internal systems
Handling general customer and supplier enquiries via phone and email
Providing administrative support across the wider office
Assisting with customer service and sales support activities
Following up enquiries and supporting lead generation/telemarketing campaigns where required

About You

Purchasing administration or order processing
Stock control or inventory administration
Customer service or sales support
Using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Working within an electronics, engineering or manufacturing environment (highly desirable)

The Package

Permanent, full-time position
Salary of up to £27,000pa DOE
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:15pm, Friday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
