Customer Service Administrator

Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Salary: £12.83 per hour

Duration: Temp to Perm

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role is focused on contacting customers and third parties by phone, gathering information, updating records, and providing excellent service throughout the customer journey.

What you'll be doing

Speak to customers and third parties via phone, email, text, and other communication channels.
Make outbound calls to gather information and progress customer enquiries.
Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal databases and systems.
Join daily team catch-ups, share updates, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Handle a variety of customer questions and support colleagues across different areas when required.
Follow up on outstanding information and ensure customer records remain up to date.
Take ownership of customer enquiries and provide timely updates and resolutions.
Help identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Develop your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and coaching.
