Administrator - Temporary to Permanent - Team Valley

Location: Gateshead, Team Valley
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time and part-time hours available.

Full-time: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
Part-time: 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

Candidates with no notice periods are preferred due to the ASAP start date.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing Email Inboxes: Keeping communications organised and ensuring timely responses.
Monitoring Communication Channels: Overseeing communication channels such as WhatsApp messages and coordinating tasks with external field staff.
Stock Allocation Support: Assisting in the allocation of stock to ensure all departments are well-equipped.
Telephone Management: Answering and directing calls accurately while handling queries professionally.
Report Creation & Record Maintenance: Creating monthly reports and maintaining records.
Timesheet Processing: Supporting the team with the processing of timesheets for accurate payroll.
Customer Support: Responding to customer queries and triaging inquiries to provide excellent service.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar administration environment is required.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in managing emails and other communication channels.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a passion for helping others!
