Position: Ad Hoc Receptionist
Location: Sunderland
Contract Type: Temporary (flexible ad hoc shifts available to support increased demand during peak periods)
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Start Date: ASAP - Immediate availability is required
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover required.

Flexibility is key, as assignments may range from short one-day placements to longer-term bookings based on business needs.

What You'll Do:
As the welcoming face of the organisation, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the right team members
Managing appointments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Providing information about our exciting range of vehicles and services

What We're Looking For:
We want to hear from candidates who possess the following qualities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a corporate reception environment is an advantage!
A professional and friendly demeanour
Strong organisational abilities to keep things running smoothly
Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
A passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus!
