Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client, to recruit an Admin Assistant

Working within a busy engineering works, you will you assist in a wide range of administration duties from filing to building information packs, to general data entry.

This is a permanent and full time role working in the office 5 days per week.

Duties will include:

Assisting the office team with general administration of customer and stock documents.
Creating information packs which will involve adding in data, printing, collating and filing.
Preparing information from the computer or pre-printed material for meetings, events and projects.
Assisting with sourcing of job files and finding key information for colleagues.
Cross referencing information and confirming data information.
Emailing correspondence to clients, suppliers and colleagues.
General data entry and administration.
Assisting with answering the general enquiries phone to support customers and suppliers.

You will:

Have experience within an office setting in a similar role.
The ability to assist with multiple tasks as once, and prioritise deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
A confident and professional phone manner.

Our client offers a great career in a busy and friendly environment. Working full time in the office Monday to Friday, they work 8am till 5pm Monday to Thursday and then 8-4pm Fridays. With free parking, team events, training, 25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays.
