Customer Success Manager's Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, becoming their primary point of contact.
Proactively engage with customers through regular service reviews and check-ins to ensure they remain satisfied and supported.
Build a thorough understanding of each customer's requirements, ensuring their needs are communicated effectively across the business.
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts and contact information within the CRM system, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve service-related issues and drive positive outcomes.
Produce account reports, track customer activity and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Skills & Experience Required as a Customer Success Manager:

Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or Customer Relationship Management.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust at all levels.
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
