Our client is seeking a *** Warehouse Operative *** to join their growing operations team based in Silverstone. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and teamwork.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while helping to maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse.

Warehouse Operative - Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare orders for dispatch in line with required deadlines.
Load and unload deliveries.
Receive, inspect and store incoming stock and customer returns.
Carry out stock counts and support inventory management activities.
Label and package products to a consistently high standard.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment.
Organise and move stock throughout the warehouse as required.
Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods or other issues to management.
Support the wider operations team during busy periods.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies

Warehouse Operative - Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous warehouse experience.
Forklift Truck (FLT) experience (ideally counterbalance and stacker).
Excellent attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A reliable, punctual and hard-working approach.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
A good level of computer ability is required to use bespoke systems, the use of MS Office would be advantageous.

Warehouse Operative - Package

Salary up to £32,000 per annum (DOE)
20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
