Warehouse Administrator

Location: Abingdon
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (until at least January 2027)
Salary: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour (DOE)

Planet Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a Warehouse Administrator to join their busy logistics team in Abingdon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a fast-paced warehouse operation. Working closely with the logistics team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing delivery routes and warehouse documentation
Booking deliveries and arranging transport where required
Supporting goods issue and returns processes
Liaising with customers, internal departments and third-party carriers
Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork and resolving delivery queries
Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
Supporting stock administration and warehouse operations
Providing general administrative support to the logistics team

What We're Looking For:

Previous administration experience
Warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system would be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A positive attitude and the ability to manage a varied workload

What's on Offer:

£13.00 - £14.50 per hour, depending on experience
Full-time temporary position until at least January 2027
Monday to Friday working pattern
Friendly and supportive team environment
