Manage the maintenance and upkeep of properties under your care.
Handle tenant communications, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure all properties meet compliance and legal requirements.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and renovations.
Monitor budgets and track expenses related to property management.
Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports.
Assist with tenancy agreements and renewals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties.

Profile

A successful Property Manager should have:

Experience in property management or a similar role within the business services industry.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Knowledge of property compliance and legal requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties effectively.
Proficiency in using property management software and tools.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience plus benefits etc on top!
