Communicate effectively with tenants, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
Conduct property inspections and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments.
Provide regular reports on property performance to stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Property Manager should have:

Experience in property management or a related role in the business services industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple properties effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
