Description

Provide general administrative support to the team.
Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
Assist in preparing documents, reports and correspondence.
Handle incoming communications and distribute them appropriately.
Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and events.
Support with any ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Profile

A successful Grants & Programmes Administrator should have:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Proficiency in using standard office software.
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.

Job Offer

Hourly rate of £14.00 to £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary role offering flexibility.
