Customer Service Advisor

Fairford

£13.11 per hour

Our client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls
Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service
Booking couriers for warehouse dispatch
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date
Carrying out regular stock takes and counts
Assisting in the warehouse

Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Previous warehouse experience is desirable
Good organisational and administrative skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:

Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
