HR Advisor

£36'000

A well-established and successful manufacturer, this company is recognised as the market-leading brand within the industry and has a reputation for quality and innovation that is supported by its human resources team.

Role & Responsibilities:

Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Must have at least 2 years' experience working within a HR environment
Attention to detail is essential
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential

Benefits Package:

Starting salary of £36'000 per annum.
24 days holiday + BH.
